Clinical Study of Testicular Leiomyosarcoma: Our Experience

Introduction: Leiomyosarcoma is malignant soft tissue tumor of mesenchymal origin arising from undifferentiated smooth muscle cells. Thera are two types scrotum namely para-testicular and intra-testicular. The Intra testicular relatively rare. Objective: Prospective clinical evaluation leiomyosarcoma with retroperitoneal mass metastasis para-aortic retro-caval lymph nodes. Material & Methods: All 21 consecutive patients who were diagnosed as on August 2018 July 2021 included in study after fulfillment eligibility criteria. Prior surgery all evaluated. operated standard method radical high inguinal orchidectomy, followed by chemo radio therapy when required further histopathology checked.
